I am a big fan of service, and giving stakeholders not what they want but what they need, and I especially thrive on solving gnarly problems that require cross-collaboration. I have experience in digital products and project management predominantly in education and journalism, where I first started out, which taught me important skills, such as managing and influencing different stakeholders, structuring digital content, connecting with different audiences as well as fact-checking and data. I have led many digital projects including integrations with virtual events platforms, web migrations, design and build, optimised digital workflows and processes, and implemented developments, products and features that make a difference to end users, all with a strong customer service focus that goes above and beyond what people expect from their digital experience.
