As HR Director, I was placed in charge of heading a two person team to manage all personnel and student stakeholders of SMU Artsfest 2023, consisting of over 200 individuals. Our job scope includes but is not limited to managing all the festival crew and ensuring each Artsfest production had a roster of crew to assist them, managing the performers and ensuring that their CCA record and any other concerns they had were taken care of, and managing any issues within the entire Artsfest team.

As Events Director, I was in charge of planning and executing all events of the club, as well as managing the Events Team and communicating with the other departments on behalf of my team. In my term, I have initiated a new series of regular sessions to allow members to hone their art skills on a consistent basis, which was not conducted previously. Also helped found and vice-chair Vitality - SMU's first student-led visual and literary arts exhibition.
