Responsible for engagement and fundraising activities for Events at Oxfam New Zealand. Including Oxfam Trailwalker NZ, a team challenge which aims to raise $1 million dollars per year for Oxfam NZ's work in the Pacific.

Research-policy partnership institute part of the Monash University network. In this role I was responsible for coordinating project support activities for over 70 research projects totalling over $20 million in research funding, and supporting program managers and leads in developing, monitoring, evaluating and translating project aims.

(Fixed Term Contract) Worked on two projects; creating a non-cognitive test platform for testing incoming students and reporting to researchers and government bodies, and preparing data, documents and analysis for Ofsted inspections (IOE receiving an 'Outstanding' grade).

(Fixed Term Contract) Responsible for the overall administration of the Master of Political Economy and Master of Public Policy courses (Research and Taught).

(Fixed Term Contract) Coordination of two busy programmes at the Institute of Education. Provided clear advice, guidance and information, maintaining and monitoring operating budgets, highlighting areas of shortfall, potential overspend or other trends as appropriate, including reconciling invoices, contractor fees and expense claims.

Coordinated research grant submissions for the University. Worked closely with senior Academic staff to ensure grant submissions were competitive and the University met its income goals. • Successfully co-ordinated and implemented procedures for grant submissions to large funding bodies (over 250 applications per year)• Managed a Competitive Internal Grant fund with an annual budget of over $400,000 • Provided strategic advice on government and industry funders to improve researcher competitiveness• Developed and delivered seminars, workshops, presentations and web-based resources for academic and professional staff• Promotion to (Acting) Manager with responsibility over a large number of funding schemes and management of a staff member

(Fixed Term Contract) Worked autonomously to manage the Australian Government Sustainable Research Excellence Survey Project, from initial project design to the implementation and delivery of the final report within the project deadline. Successful development of a University wide communication strategy and timely delivery of survey data report and analysis.

Responsible for writing high quality funding applications and securing on-going funding sources. Held a key role in a high pressure team which managed contracts, grants, sponsorships and donations with a turnover of $2 million per annum.
