At ASOS I have been lucky to work on a number of different projects in multiple areas of the business, I am currently working within the fast paced web team, delivering innovative new experiences to our customers. Here I test all aspects of this e-commerce site: multiple systems, browsers and OS under a high pressure release when ready schedule- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all test plans, strategies and scripts for all projects within the business.- Establishing quality processes for requirements traceability and test case coverage- Acting as a single point of contact between development & operations for testing and deployment activities- Ensuring the content and structure of all testing artefacts are documented and maintained- Partnering with development and business teams to prioritise and track bugs- Creating processes for QA such as how test cases are documented, how test execution is organised and reported out.

Working as part of a team responsible for the loyalty and customer account sections of the Hotels.com site I was involved in the life cycle of the product from acceptance creation to live deployment through all levels of the Expedia application (Back-end to UI) - Active participant of an Agile and KANBAN team, attending standups, planning games, retrospectives, etc.- Working with all team members to put processes and tests in place so the team can catch issues and defects as early as possible- Planning, Scripting and execution of manual and exploratory tests of features of the Web application using client-side technologies across many browsers, devices and Operating Systems.- Responsible for escalation of quality issues that could impact releases and project deliveries.- Experience of Omniture, Google Analytics, Charles Proxy, Splunk, Fiddler, Soap UI, Rest API, TFS, Jira, SQL Server & MVT's.

Providing the successful delivery of a market leading range of bespoke, business critical financial software for JHC clients. -Consulting with the team leader and key developers to scope their testing requirements before planning of agreed testing activities.-Reviewing technical specification documentation, questioning requirements and designing detailed test cases.- Executing manual and exploratory tests on back office green screen (iseries) through to features of the Web application using client-side technologies across many browsers and Operating Systems.- Helping to champion Agile processes in a newly Agile environment.- Assisted in the on-going development and improvement of testing standards and procedures across the company, monitoring compliance to the agreed standards.

Working as part of the Catalyst project, which changed customer mastership from Siebel to SAP CRM. I specialised in energy acquisitions, ensuring CRM and ISU were successfully integrated.- Very active participant of an Agile team, not only attending standups, planning games, retrospectives, etc. but also playing the role of scrum master.- Planning, scripting and execution of manual and exploratory tests from the GUI of SAP CRM through to ensuring the industry flows in ISU triggered correctly and the result fed back to CRM- Creating & executing scripts, tracking requirements and managing defects through HP Quality Centre.
