We can define the learning experience for a single employee or broaden it for a whole department.My duties focus on customer service which includes answering emails and scheduling calls to clients for our team members, such as operations specialists and software experts. Beyond that, I pitch in wherever I’m needed with whatever tasks arise and occasionally assist team members in coordinating events.Before beginning this job, I worked in several different capacities as a student including at the Cape Coral High School Store, SunTrust Bank, A+ Achievers tutoring company, and as a babysitter.
