Sole administrator and analyst for ARC's donor database, running cleanup of historic data and maintaining entry of new data. Establishing policies and procedure guidelines for database and creating automated workflows for donation processing and administrative tasks. I work alongside the Development Director to create interactive, easily understandable visualizations and live dashboards of donations. I am creating ARC's first data insights and recommendations to improve fundraising and organizational efforts, leading the company's transition into modern, data-driven work practices. In addition, I provide support to the Finance team on grant and donation matters, work with individual donors on payment questions, and regularly assist in the planning and running of fundraising events.Associated Recreation Council (ARC) is the non-profit partner of Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR), providing financial and staffing support for youth and community center programming, as well as SPR initiatives.

Promoted to Arts + Culture editor, overseeing all content posted to https://www.dailyuw.com/arts_and_culture/. I regularly create and find story ideas for writers to cover, communicating with a team of over 100 students. Under daily deadlines overseeing articles from start to finish through multiple rounds of editing, and communicating necessary feedback and critique to writers. Created and sent out weekly Arts newsletters to over 50,000 recipients with a 50% open rate.

Paid writer for UW's student-ran newspaper. Duties include regularly contacting and interviewing UW staff and students, writing articles, following AP Style guidelines, and revising articles based on editor’s feedback. As an arts section columnist, I actively wrote and published film review articles bi-weekly for 3 consecutive quarters. As the current Arts + Culture editor, I still write for my section as needed.
