An experienced wetland and countryside management professional. My job is to look after, create and improve special places for wildlife and people, to generate support and income to fund our work. I am a leader and manager, developing and facilitating my teams to deliver outcomes on the ground.My particular areas of expertise are in wetland wildlife, habitat creation, workforce leadership and management, farm and risk management, though I have a broad understanding of many different aspects of estate, land, budget, people and visitor operations management. I also enjoy snow sports, paddleboarding and playing the piano. I love learning across any discipline, and am developing my French language skills. I am a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming/ Psychology practitioner. I am a "people person" and enjoy spending time with others and contributing to things for a greater good.
