I got hooked on fitness in my early 20’s as I discovered the ultimate avenue to challenge myself both physically and mentally.As a personal trainer, I found many women shared my frustration when it came to the search for quality, stylish athletic wear. It seemed to me that most fitness gear was made for men – just scaled down to fit women! I wanted gym wear that didn’t compromise my sense of style and could take me through my day. Something that looked good, complimented my busy lifestyle and remained sensible all the same.Over time I began to envisage a brand made exclusively for sophisticated women who share my penchant for quality and, of course, insatiable desire for an active healthy life. Women bold enough to say they want it all (including a body that looks good naked) and are prepared to go out and get it.In many ways, Pilot Athletic is the continuing expression of my life – my love of aviation, of fitness, luxury brands and beyond.
