I have specialised in employment law for over 16 years and so I can help you with all of your employment law issues and problems. l cover all aspects of employment law for both companies and individuals and help to try and resolve issues before they reach the Employment Tribunal. I'm in the Legal 500 in my own right as a specialist on employment law and have been for over the last 7 years. I regularly write for Oxfordshire publications, such as the Oxford Times In Business magazine.I have regularly presented to the CIPD, clients and breakfast and lunch clubs on employment law issues, such as how to make redundancies, contracts of employment, how to avoid the Employment Tribunal, what changes are on the horizon etc. I also conducted in house training for clients for their managers to deal with issues properly such as grievances and disciplinary matters to save them money and to help them avoid ending up in the Employment Tribunal.
