I am responsible for the implementation of programming that promotes a premier member experience, Fraternity heritage and Fraternity values from pledging through graduation. I assess member satisfaction to make membership meaningful through the implementation of the Leading with Values program. I ensure membership satisfaction through planning sisterhood events and meaningful chapter programming. Along with using the budget I am given. I continue to monitor member retention and develop new ways to deliver the benefits of membership.

I am responsible for the overall management of the chapter's financial and housing affairs. I review and maintain accurate financial records and create and monitor the chapter budget. I review and approve finance tasks and facility management tasks. I maintain complete and organized financial records for the chapter.

I am responsible for performing all daily operational financial tasks related to chapter and member finances. I educate and invoice chapter members for their individual financial obligations and prepare payments for all chapter expenditures in Greekbill.
