People Consultant
I have completed various projects across a multitude of sectors during my 2 year graduate scheme. From designing and implementing learning solutions to project management. Alongside client work I am working towards a CIPD level 5 in People Management. Furthermore I am a programme lead for EY Outreach, a creative arts, intervention and prevention programme supporting young people who are at an increased risk of or have already entered the criminal justice system. I actively lead various other forms of CSR and social equity activities.

Summer Internship
My 6 week internship enabled me to gain a greater understanding of customer service and sales, spending 3 weeks in each department. Whilst undertaking my internship I completed a group project based on youth employment, working with interns nationally. Within this project we carried out research, created & delivered a presentation and designed a survey. My role during this task was project manager, this enabled me to learn a vast amount about myself, the organisation and respective sectors.
