Worked the front desk where I greeted clients, booked appointments, answered the phone/emails and managed schedules. I also ensured the whole premises was sanitized and clean due to the COVID-19 protocols.

Here at the golf course I have worked many roles, my main two are Beverage Cart Attendant and Pro Shop Manager. Our main goal is customer satisfaction. I have many responsibilities at the golf course such as: selling memberships (3 different levels), bringing in high volumes of beverage cart sales, creating signage, money handling also helping with event coordination. I am a team player and will fill in any position if needed without any hesitation. A business is like a team, you are only as strong as your weakest player.

Working in a service inspired industry for over 4 years has taught me many valuable skills, mainly customer service. Dealing with different clientele daily makes work never dull. Working here has taught me how to deal with all types of people and all types of situations. At the end of the day, our main goal is to engage guests with new menu items and keep them coming back with our winning attitudes and personalities. At work, we also run selling competitions which I have always placed in if not won. I was a versatile part of the staff because I am a team player. I worked in any role my managers needed without hesitation. I have ranged from Host, Server, Bartender, Kitchen Expo, Shift Leader and also spent some time doing community "Jack Attacks".

This was an amazing learning opportunity for me. I was in charge of various tasks including community ticket giveaways, fan inquires, creating roster templates for each game and creating player write-ups for both home and visiting teams. I was also in charge of social media with running the twitter account on game days and posting photos on Instagram. I was in charge of the community outreach program where we invited organizations to the games.

On Argo's game days we would go around to the fans and pump them up for the upcoming game. We were in charge of giveaways and making sure the fan had the best possible experience. We would go into the suites to give the suite holders give away items too. Fan engagement was the number one priority.
