Together with the team, I created several work tools, such as a Guide to Good Practices in UX Writing specific to Nutrien, Glossary, and before and after tables for documenting different text formats (modals, placeholders, error messages, etc. ). I created and established writing standards and made a checklist of good practices incorporated into Figma itself to help the Design team validate the texts more efficiently. My goal was to scale all content processes. In addition, I had my system for monitoring the support metrics for the Design team, managing to map information such as order numbers, average demand deadlines, and which designers made the most requests, in addition to the number of tests and reworks. I was also responsible for monitoring the work of another UX Writer, with whom I shared the team's tasks and watched their development in the area. It was a complete job, despite the short time at the company.
