These changes were recommended based on data analyzed from prior years in order to not only reduce risk of financial audit, fines, and potential lawsuits resulting from violations which could pose significant financial loss but also to improve employee morale and improve retention rates. Sighted as a significant source of frustration and confusion among polled employees was the lack of organization in required trainings, accompanied with outdated materials no longer applicable to current job descriptions and current compliance legislation standards. Also sighted in the poll was lack of a clear track for advancement within the company, clearly these factors, once analyzed, directly correlated with the resulting poor employee performance, job dissatisfaction and ultimately, the unusually high turnover rate in a field deemed in demand for it's perceived promise of long term job security and stability. -

Including Hq In Stamford Ct And Kettering, OhioContract project, worked closely with CFO and various other members of upper management to identify front line internal talent and incorporate that talent in more relaxed atmosphere round table discussions for the purpose of possibly identifying areas where or how improvements could be made or were needed in business practices, policies or processes, to improve not only the customer experience but also the employee experience. The opinions or perspectives offered by these internal contributors often provided valuable insight which might not have come to the attention of upper management otherwise or it was identified sooner. If it was something problematic not only was identifying it sooner less expensive to the company in some cases the solution or at least the framework for it had already been thought of by these front line internal talent contributors, which meant we could begin work on that solution from wherever they left off and into development, testing, improvement and finally through implementation and training incorporation. It was a more efficient way both in cost and time and there was also the added but often ignored benefit the company got by allowing front line internal talent the opportunity to have a voice in a process that they normally would have no say in yet which would probably impact them on a regular basis. It's a mutual benefit, improved employee engagement from a job that's rewarding great ideas and the company saving the time and expense it might take us, the external third party consultants hired for this project, to come in and try to figure out what the front line employees already know. It's a great place to start because we can hear the ideas, get the direct feedback and Make it happen. We just develop the idea, get it to work for the company and within the regulations/specs/systems, test and retest, then we work facilitators if needed, update training materials and reintroduce the finished product to you and your employees -

I too would be the fill in, while their in house instructor was unavailable and would need to complete their 6 week extensive training required as part of onboarding process in only 4 weeks. Once I had finished the training I was to help in the transition of a very large amount of seasoned employees headed states away as part of a plan to staff the opening of a new facility which would serve a new client and I would provide that additional training on the new client.
