Served as Senior Implementation Management Consultant to help ensure that software applications are implemented and configured in accordance with client’s business processes and requirements utilizing industry best practices, methodologies and process controls. I was responsible for working with a project team to deliver ERP solutions and associated value-added services to both new and existing customers.
