Hi, I’m Tash! 👋 I lead Leadership Operations at Year13, where our mission is a personal one for me – making the transition from school to work smoother and more empowering for young Australians. My own journey out of school came with its fair share of challenges, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about supporting young people in finding their way.In my role, I work closely with our Co-founders/Co-CEOs and leadership team to keep things running smoothly, solving complex problems, executing on strategy and setting up systems that free up our leaders to focus on what really matters: moving our vision forward. Every day, I’m driven by the knowledge that what we’re doing here isn’t just about optimising processes – it’s about giving young people the tools, confidence, and clarity they need to step into the next phase of their lives with purpose.
