Dedicated, technology-driven, creative and flexible professional with 9+ years experience strategizing, executing and analyzing digital marketing initiatives within the hospitality and travel industry. I have a passion for utilizing data analysis to identify opportunities for growth in traffic, user experience and conversions. I am the main resource for all Google Analytics reporting and strategy across all business units of the Resort. I am currently utilizing Data Studio to create real time KPI dashboards. Over the past 9 years, I have been responsible for nearly every aspect of the Resort's Digital Marketing efforts including developing strategy and implementing all online initiatives from web development project management, content optimization,SEO best practices with a focus on positive U/X, paid search execution, management and analysis, utilizing all Google Suite products including Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, Data Studio and Search Console (Webmaster Tools) daily for analysis and reporting, as well as providing recommendations to improve conversions.I am an early adopter of new technology and strive to stay informed about emerging trends and developments within the travel and digital marketing industries. I am constantly working towards expanding my education and professional skill set. I have completed 40 hours of intensive training with Lunametrics for Advanced and Technical Implementation for Google Analytics, Advanced Adwords and Google Tag Manager in November 2015. In December 2012 and November 2013 I completed 24 hours of Google Analytics training and 16 hours of Adwords training.
