I am currently working as an AHP (allied health professional) Faculty Manager for MSE integrated care board. I am a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, practising Physiotherapy since 2001. I worked at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust between 2005 and 2024, developing my career and specialising in pelvic health and also continue to manage a private caseload. I completed an MSc in Women’s Health Physiotherapy in 2013. My dissertation on percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation for overactive bladder led our service to develop treatment using acupuncture-PTNS for overactive bladder and urge faecal incontinence. Findings were published in the POGP peer reviewed journal. I completed independent prescribing training in 2021, specialising in medication used for bladder and bowel conditions, and am an independent Physiotherapy prescriber. I was seconded to NHS England on the clinical leadership fellowship scheme 2022/23, run in conjunction with FMLM (Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management) and the NHs Leadership Academy. I was involved in and led on systems and regional projects for the East of England, including AHP leadership, sustainability, health inequalities, equality diversity and inclusion and chairing regional specialist networks (Catheter Care Network subgroup). I have been successful in achieving Collaborative Fellowship of the FMLM (CFFMLM).
