I am the Food & Beverage Director for Megan's - a restaurant group of 22 sites - and counting! I am responsible for menu development, procurement and systems. Prior to Megan's, I was the Group Head of Procurement and Menu Management at Various Eateries (5 brands, including Coppa Club), and have 17 years of experience of working in high pressure environments, delivering business growth, defining strategy, managing projects and stakeholders, and key commercial negotiations. I have held roles as Head of F&B, F&B consultant and as a COO. I have set F&B strategy and been responsible for menus across restaurant groups, including purchasing, supplier relationships, contracts, pricing and COGS. My background in investment banking has given me a highly commercial mindset, excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to design processes to improve efficiency, and add structure and management controls. I am passionate about great food, delicious drinks and wholesome nutrition, and love the challenge of delivering these in a sustainable way.
