The role focused on developing and delivering programs, tools, and resources for the Consumer Sales team to effectively sell and promote new and existing Latitude financial products and services through Latitude's brands, channels, and partners.

Head hunted to form a Retail division for the distribution of Fujitsu Heat Pumps through Retailers, and national responsibility for recruitment of the sales team, establishing distribution channels, and creating internal and external processes for a new division / distribution channel. Key retailers at a national Head Office level included; Noel Leeming Group, Mitre 10, Placemakers, LV Martin, Appliance Connexion and Bunnings.

ACNZ was Fujitsu General New Zealand’s Retail Partner, and acted as an agent in the supply and support of Fujitsu Heat Pumps to the NZ retail market. The role focused on expanding the Retail Channel increasing revenue through retailers which included; Noel Leeming, Bond & Bond, Carters Building Supplies and Mitre 10.

BDT supplied consumer electronic products to the NZ Retail Market. Core products included Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pumps and Refrigerators, Mitsubishi Projectors, and Haier Whiteware. National retailers included; Noel Leeming Group, Bond & Bond & ACL.

Business solutions was the B2B and home office division, supporting customers with software and hardware.

OPRA specialised in psychometric testing, and had the NZ distribution rights to the Pystech range of psychometric tests, as well as the GeneSys Psychometric Assessment System. GeneSys software enabled the psychometric testing process to be bought in-house.

End to End recruitment for Clayton Ford who specialised in the finance and accounting market, and serviced a wide range of businesses across every industry: Telecommunications, IT, Media, Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector.

End to End recruitment for Prime who specialised in Financial Services Recruitment, and was widely recognised as the market leader in the industry across London. As a Consultant in the banking division, clients consisted of International Banks, Investment Banks and other financial institutions.
