I develop and deliver award-winning educational products and B2B programs that promote employment readiness through upskilling and academic training that enhances traditional education through technology skill building.In addition to strategizing new features and offerings, I work day-to-day to lead a small team of offshore software engineers driving platform development for tech-based products, programs, and client customizations. I manage workflows to support the development team in building user dashboards, driving systems implementations, and prioritizing features as we evolve a portfolio of educational products and programs, including a mini-MBA-style intensive program to provide users with hands-on knowledge and technology training.I also collaborate with B2B clients to gather requirements, conduct user experience research, and prioritize new features to optimize EdTech products while creating use cases to gain stakeholder buy-in. We pitch and present to an array of potential clients, including highly customized activations for federal and state governments and higher education institutions.We’re also continually working to develop strategic product road maps to align educational products to market demands while prioritizing new features to optimize products and encourage repeat user engagements.

Invited to be a casual academic speaker and facilitator for the Faculty of Engineering's Technological Innovation Through New Ventures/Engineering Project: Business Plan. This role involved working with high performing Engineering students enabling them to develop and apply innovation skills through introduction of startup, prototyping and entrepreneurship principles.

As part of the training to be a full stack developer, I was able to work within Vodafone Digital to deliver a React microservice.

I facilitated the implementation and delivery of communications, event management, and personal branding programs, subsequently taking ownership of the product organization to revolutionize features and drive profitability.

I initiated projects and served as an independent facilitator on behalf of government and private stakeholders for large infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects valued at as much as $90M.

I utilized Salesforce CRM to identify business opportunities, prospect potential donors, and leverage feedback to create targeted communications and marketing plans that increased fundraising revenue by 160% year over year.
