• To conduct individual assessment of clients' employment needs and abilities, and to develop realistic goals and objectives
• To provide job-site training to clients in a variety of community-based employment settings
• Provide advocacy services on behalf of clients, such as issues related to case management, service collaboration, resource development, and writing letters to expedite entitlement payments
• Prepare documentation for services provided in compliance with the requirements established by funding sources and complete other prescribed paperwork
