Since then she has led local boutique firms in search and selection and has been the Australian General Manager, Executive and Commercial recruitment, for a leading global recruitment firm. During this time, she has maintained a loyal client base and continued to deliver executive level recruitment assignments. Natasha’s specialist areas are in C-Suite and Senior Management appointments, transformational roles and unique positions holding a strategic remit.Natasha’s clients span from large global organisations, major State Government agencies, Not for Profits, GOCs, industry heavy weights, statutory authorities and highly innovative growing organisations. Natasha is a Director on the OnTalent Board, Deputy Chair and Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee for Foodbank Queensland and is a Fellow, National Board Director and past Queensland Chair of the Recruitment and Consultants Services Association (RCSA) in Queensland. The RCSA is the recruitment and consulting sector’s leading peak industry body. Natasha’s networks are extensive, and she is a highly respected member of the business community.
