With over 15 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) Industry, I’m passionate about designing workspaces that help companies use their real estate efficiently and effectively to boost their business goals, both financially and culturally. As the Managing Principal of the Boston office, I lead a creative and dedicated team committed to developing innovative designs through interior design and architectural solutions while providing excellent project management for an overall exceptional client experience. In addition to supporting clients, I am responsible for managing our staff and our financials internally to maintain project health and the overall team culture. Our expertise includes real estate assessments, workplace strategy, visioning, test fitting, concept design, space planning, design development, construction documents, permit sets, furniture coordination, signage coordination, graphics coordination, and more. We use BIM technology to design space which allows us to deliver bespoke solutions for our clients and show our designs in 3D early on to gain real time feedback, keeping the project on schedule and on budget. Throughout my career, and my continued efforts to expand my network through Business Development, I have had the opportunity to work with clients across many market sectors, including Corporate Workplace, Building Repositioning and Science + Technology.
