Committed to building a world where all mothers feel empowered and supported and all children receive nurturing and responsive care, irrespective of their socio-economic status.I have over 15 years of professional and volunteer experience in the social impact sector in rural and urban India and the United States. During this time, I have designed and managed projects in the field of education, gender, community development, and youth leadership across foundations, nonprofits, and multilateral organisations. I specialise in project management, operations, and strategy and enjoy working at the crossroads of policy and systems strengthening and community mobilisation and engagement.I completed my Master’s in Education, Gender, and International Development from the UCL Institute of Education, with a specialisation in Early Childhood Education. I was awarded the Chevening Scholarship by the UK Government to pursue my Masters and was selected as a Global Talent for SDG 4 (Education) at the UNLEASH Social Innovation Lab in Denmark. I am an alumna of the Atlas Corps Fellowship in Washington, DC and the StartingBloc Fellowship in Boston, MA. As an Early Years Fellow at the World Bank, I designed and implemented a preschool reform initiative in partnership with the Ministry of Education (MoE), reaching more than 4 million children in India.
