Primary contact for agents and promoters, representing over 40 ArenaNetwork member venues. Maintain relationships with national & regional promoters, agents and other industry representatives to acquire the most up to date information on touring and live events. Provide members assistance to increase the quantity and profitability of events at their venues. Assist members with scaling and submission of direct offers. Help lead a weekly call with all Arena and Theater members to update on all touring developments. Lead quarterly conference calls with all venue marketing directors to discuss strategy/innovations/specific tour content. Help plan and execute major industry conference meetings with attending members. Connect venues to new local and regional promoters. Communicate with Executive Committee members.

Artist relations and onsite event representative for Nederlander Concerts and The Greek Theatre, managing over 70 shows a season. Advance and coordinate all artist, tour, management and agency ticket requirements and fulfillment, in additional to all industry ticket requests. Plan and supervise all on-site events for the artist, record companies and tour/theater sponsors including all fan club / VIP ticketing commitments, private parties and meet & greets. Oversee and manage the Artist & Industry VIP hospitality area including staffing, catering and distribution of credentials. Conduct artist security meeting with tour security and senior theater staff on show nights. Oversee production and distribution of all seasonal and daily credentials to staff, executives, industry guests and tour personnel.

Responsible for Executive ticketing and seating for the 43rd Grammy Awards. Coordinated all travel and accommodations for 100 guests of the Academy's 2001 National Trustees Meeting in Maui. Managed all business and personal expenses for the President's office; scheduled business and personal calendar, and various other personal tasks. Liaison for 12 National Chapters and Executive Directors.

As Assistant Tour Manager, responsible for daily guest lists, all meet & greets and press/photographers. Liaison with management and label. Assisted with personal and business schedules. Project and Studio Manager in the U.K. during the recording of the double album "to venus and back". Responsible for tracking and monitoring studio financial reports.
