- Monitor emails and phone calls and coordinate with Australian-based clients and engineers- Attend to all customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner with accurate information. - Organize appropriate arrangements for engineer’s on-site client visits.- Assist the engineers with job preparation and administrative tasks.- Follow up on work status and update clients via email.- Prepare jobs list for accounting department for client invoice processing.
