Administrative Assistant
Current• Implement comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office by answering direct phone calls, emails, in executive communication with account managers, clients, and vendors while handling documentation and record keeping through Microsoft Outlook.• Formulate and distribute memos, invoices, letters, and forms following the administrative procedures binder while maintaining a filing system for both electronic and physical documents leveraging the N-Drive, and preassembled templates from Microsoft Word and PDF files.• Process billing invoices, contact lists, and client information including tracking and reconciliation of expense reports by updating and maintaining T-Base, Microsoft Outlook, Dynamics 365 Business Central.• Accurately complete and prepare monthly billing reports, download reports, and schedules for technicians in an organized timely manner.
