Engagements included:-Re-baseline of a $300M O&M budget for a large nuclear power station in the West, including industry benchmarking, cost & staffing analysis, facilitation of cost center reviews, and development of training materials for client personnel.-Comprehensive performance improvement assessment focused on work management and equipment reliability for a large nuclear power station in the Northeast, including stakeholder interviews, cross-functional process mapping, and identification of key improvement initiatives. -Project initiation and funding process redesign for a large nuclear fleet in the Southeast, including gap analysis of the current process to industry best practice, development of improved processes, and the supporting procedure revision.Performed extensive data analysis, conducted daily interactions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and executed aggressive completion schedules to meet client business planning objectives.

-Supported the construction and startup of the Tenessee Valley Authority's Watts Bar Unit 2 as an on-site design engineer.-Coordinated design changes to address constructability issues, corrective action program resolutions, and startup testing modifications.-As a task engineer on multiple systems, was responsible for scoping the remaining work required for turnover of each system to startup and operations, as well as alerting project management to obstacles affecting timely system completion.

-Developed offer strategy for coal-fired plants in startup from planned and forces outages in the Midwest electricity market.-Collaborated with real-time operators to implement the strategy, leading to project annual savings of $0.25M to $0.5M.-Leveraged previous experience for multi-unit plant gross margin optimization and performed other market analyses in support of outage scheduling and economic fuel blending initiatives.
