Utilized my previous relationships to grow the brand and market presence while continuing to create new accounts in the market. Established permanent handles with several accounts, worked with clients to allow us to run multiple handles at one time on a regular basis, and gained a steady and solid rotation with accounts that move a lot of volume of beer.Currently manage the entire sales process for the brewery. Regularly visit accounts, secure sales, create sales invoices, deliver kegs, collect on invoices & collect empty shells to return to the brewery. Communicate with all accounts either through visits, emails, or texts. Send a weekly email to specific clients regarding current available inventory while informing them about new beers in the queue & providing a timeline on availability of those beers.While we self-distribute in Idaho, we have a distributor in Washington. Work directly with our distributor to provide education about our products, inform them of upcoming new beers that will be available, working with their reps through either communication or through ride-alongs to meet accounts, taking samples for the reps to taste before they sell the product, fulfilling all shipment orders and invoices for those orders, and work to eliminate any challenges or problems by dealing with any issues in the quickest manner possible.Maintain constant communication with my brewers regarding the brew schedule, product availability, inventory levels, & any product issues in the market. Also communicate with owners on a regular basis about market trends & demands, sales concerns & issues, and sales goals throughout the year.Market & represent the brewery through various events, either beer festivals, tap takeovers, community fundraisers, & other promotional events.

Handled all outside sales for the brewery, deliveries and collection of invoices, created and maintained accounts throughout the region, worked with two outside distributors, represented brewery at all events and promotional opportunities.

Handled outside sales for a new brewery that had no market share or brand image, created new accounts and maintained those relationships, handled deliveries to accounts and exchanges from brewery in Moscow, worked all beer events on behalf of the brewery.

Fulfilled multiple roles with the brewery. Initially helped with events, bartending, and delivering kegs. Ultimately made it to the back of the house where I assisted the head brewer in all brewing capacities.
