I am currently working at Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX as a structural engineer My main job functions are developing and maintaining needed finite element models used for analysis. I have in-depth experience with highly complex full aircraft structural loads models. I primarily work with MSC Software products but have experience using Ansys and Altair programs. Recently I have taken on the roll of the point of contact for Stress on a few program level development projects. I am a highly motivated, detail oriented and self driven engineer. My willingness to take on the tough projects and expand my responsibilities have lead to me getting to be a part of the higher level initiatives being worked on.Previously to my time at Bell I was employed by Safran Electrical and Power in Sarasota, FL. While there I functioned as a mechanical designer/drafter/junior engineer. I worked on many New Product Development projects but also provided support to all current production/legacy product lines. I also got to do some Test Engineer activities and worked with the other technicians in the Test/Qualification Lab. I enjoy both the analytical and design sides of engineering so far. I do enjoy being able to be cross-functional and work in multiple disciplines at the same time.
