Collaborated with a team of interns to build a centralized quality engineer hub used companywide using ServiceNow UI Builder. The workspace provides easy access to our QE tools, relevant metrics, resource management dashboards, and functions to greatly streamline the QE workflow. Ran performance tests on multiple releases of ServiceNow's flow designer product and collected performance data.

Built an internal tool used by developers to streamline the engineering request form process. Automated formerly manual regressions/smoke tests. Collaborated with an intern team to design and pitch Track Tracker, a hackathon project that generated an intuitive and minimalist track merge timeline given an engineer's track/tracks.

Designed applications on the ServiceNow platform, wrote automated integration tests to streamline regression tests, verified defects on multiple tracks, manually executed smoke tests, worked on Flow Designer(workflow application) team.

Solved users’ technology challenges, identified pain points, performed troubleshooting using various ITSM programs/tools to drive resolution, and escalated as required. Utilized Ivanti Service Manager to moderate Knowledge Base articles, update training modules, and oversee the service request and incident queue.
