Current• Enforce pool rules to maintain a safe and orderly environment, such as ensuring no running or diving in non-designated areas. Ensure the safety of all pool users.• Respond to emergencies, including performing water rescues and administering first aid and CPR if necessary.• Regularly inspect and maintain pool equipment, such as rescue tubes, backboards, and first aid supplies.• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and interacting with pool patrons in a friendly and professional manner.• Maintain accurate records of pool usage, incidents, and any medical treatments provided.• Participate in regular drills and being prepared to implement emergency action plans in the event of an incident.• Assist with general pool maintenance tasks, such as skimming the water’s surface, checking chemical levels, and ensuring the cleanliness of the pool area.• Collaborate with other lifeguards and pool staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all pool visitors.
