I led the creation, and facilitation, of company-wide onboarding processes and developed targeted training initiatives for operations teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. In this role, I managed the training of over 400 employees, transforming complex workflows into clear, actionable learning experiences that improved efficiency and boosted team confidence. I also collaborated with cross-functional leaders to identify skill gaps and implement innovative solutions to address them.One of my proudest achievements was the creation of the Field Onboarding Training, a comprehensive 33-module eLearning course designed to streamline new hire integration and accelerate productivity in the field.
