From 2021 to Q3 2024, I supported the Global Engineering Services Launch Team. Starting in Q4 2024, I moved over to the Transportation Engineering Services PMO team.

I promoted to Operations Manager and participated in a short-term assignment at PIT2 to launch and manage a temporary Customer Returns peak-solve project from November to February. My team consisted of 4 Area Managers, 4 Process Assistants and 120 hourly associates across 4 shifts.• Reduced Relo network backlogs by processing 335,000 units during project duration and achieved an FBA reimbursement cost avoidance of $80,000 weekly by prioritizing expiring trailers.• Achieved the best safety performance in the TNS Relo network with 50 days injury free beginning on the launch date.• Achieved a 7.4 TPH during the month of February and a 7.62 TPH in March against an average network TPH of 6.2.• Performed 380% to operating plan and 120% to labor plan during first full month of operations and exceeded 100% each month after.

• Eliminated associate efficiency and safety barriers at LEX2 by improving the trash disposal process through the design and installation of ergonomic trash can bracket holders at each Customer Returns processing station. This project improved safety performance and, when validated, saved an equivalent of $107,000 annually in takt time. This project was later implemented at other sites.• Overhauled LEX2's quality and auditing processes by converting the site's mobile audit process into a stationary process, thus shifting the focus from reactive feedback to proactive feedback. By focusing on behavioral inputs instead of outputs, this process change reduced support hours spend by more than $100,000 annually and reduced associate defect rate by 25% • Improved the CVG2 Customer Returns unfavorable safety score from 21% to 13% from Q4 2019 to Q3 2020. This score far exceeded the peer benchmark of 24%. Also under my tutelage, the Warehouse Deals department was 170 nights safe and counting at time of my departure.• Led a project to convert the CVG2 Warehouse Deals specialty grading line into additional processing space, increasing processing capacity by 30,000 units weekly. Also partnered with Operations to add 30 processing stations to the CRC Department. By reducing backlogs and improving trailer utilization, this project had a net FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) reimbursement avoidance of $423k weekly.• Developed and executed a training standardization plan that delivered results at CVG2. As part of this plan: role selection criteria were outlined to ensure fairness and consistency, leading to a reduction in associate escalations on night shift; and a training hours approval process was implemented for labor planning transparency. • Supported IND2 as the CVG2 Away Team representative during its Customer Returns launch project. IND2 exceeded OP goal TPH of 4.6 with 5.6 actual TPH during first full month of operations.

• Hired as a Management Trainee and promoted twice in a 2-year period.• Oversaw the operations of a district with 115 agreement employees, 2 rail yards and an annual budget of $30 million.• Increased accuracy and efficiency by devising automated operational reporting processes.• Implemented and streamlined processes to reduce overtime hours by 30%. The key driver was partnering with labor relations to restructure labor contracts.• Interfaced with customers and consistently exceeded 90% operating plan adherence goal.• Applied collective bargaining agreement provisions to mediate and resolve labor disputes and employee grievances.• Initiated and completed timely investigations to determine probable cause of all derailments, accidents, trespasser incidents and injuries.• Performed daily safety inspections to ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company operating practices, including special shipping and handling requirements for hazardous material, certification standards and more.• Taught annual rules classes that covered hazardous material training, acceptable shipping documents, train placement, switching, emergency response, car inspection and more.

This improved job requirement transparency and reduced attrition by 10%.• Selected as secretary for MGM Resorts Veterans Network Group and worked on a veterans loyalty marketing project with the team that was rolled out companywide and has amassed 230,000 rewards members.
