As a Senior Finance Operations Account Manager at Pilot.com, I help small and medium-sized businesses streamline their accounting, tax, and bookkeeping processes, with the help of a team of experts and a powerful proprietary software platform that was created by our internal engineers. I work with my team to manage and deliver monthly financial packages and reports for our partners. It is my focus to consistently deliver accurate monthly financial packages to our business partners (who range across various industries) and to help increase efficiency within our internal processes. I graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business from Southwest Tennessee CC in 2018 in addition to earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from Lee University in May of 2021. During my time at school, I was a student athlete for 5 years playing NJCAA and NCAA baseball. I have a working background in marketing and video production, having worked in these fields before joining Pilot.com. I enjoy being a part of a team that gets to create and implement innovative solutions to help drive growth and success for the businesses that we work with. In addition to communicating, collaborating, and striving to establish a trusted partnership with our clients.
