Nate Sumner’s Moving Referral Program My “Moving Referral Program” is key to your managing a low-stress, efficient, profitable move. It will help you move between any locations in the United States. Avoid common missteps that are financially and emotionally costly. Benefit from my experience, good sense and good counsel about the whole moving and relocation process. At your request I will search for, interview, and refer to you excellent real estate agents well-matched to your very specific situation and wishes. When we have determined the localities in which you are interested, I will use my contacts and the resources of Coldwell Banker’s relocation specialists to identify several agents capable of serving your needs with a high degree of competence and energy. I will look for agents who are knowledgeable and trustworthy and who are so good at their profession they will save you unnecessary worries. It does not matter whether your move is local, regional or national . . . I will find you an excellent agent (or two) with whom to work. I will personally interview each agent, as well as their managing broker. This allows me to come to a strong personal judgement about the appropriateness and suitability of a particular agent to work specifically with you. Once I’m certain I’ve found the agent for you, I make the referral. The final choice, of course, is yours alone. You are free to retain them or not. If you hire the agent referred, I will stay in touch with both you and your new agent to be sure everything is working well. Call or email me if you are thinking of a possible move. I will be happy to explain how I can help. Or, if anyone you know might benefit from this program, please introduce me to them. NOTE: My “Moving Referral Program” is cost-free to you. -------------------------------------------------I also serve clients buying or selling homes and property in all Marin County communities.
