• Manage all field operations/projects for Junior Oil and Gas Operators from inception to production; surveying, construction, drilling, completions, workovers, abandonments, and production operations.
• Develop AFE’s, programs, project timelines, engineering
• Control costs and approve invoices on a regular basis.

• Responsible and accountable for all work activities on lease adhering to federal, provincial, municipal, and company’s acts, rules and regulations.
• Experience as follows: abandonment’s, re-completions, tubing bail sand and replace screw pump, pump installations / workovers, coil fracs, coil tubing clean outs, acid squeezes, swabbing, re-entries.

• Responsible and accountable for all upstream operations and 6 contract personnel.
• Optimize production, assist, train and mentor fellow team members within the field and plant facilities.
• Safety Committee member; perform in house provincial plant safety audits across the province, identify and rectify hazards.
• Special projects; workovers, optimize old deep wells, oversee coil clean outs and swabbing projects.

• Responsible and accountable for all Oil Battery & Gas Operations; Sweet and Sour
• Maintain monthly preventative maintenance schedules to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for approving contract employee and third party invoices.
• Develop excel spreadsheets to track BS&W samples at plant truck terminal; reducing inaccuracies and maximize cost savings.
• Train summer students and new hires.
