-Senior Product Manager and Product Owner for ADP Health Compliance-Product Owner for Eligibility Module, the calculation decision engine that determines what employees are required to receive Health Insurance offers under the Affordable Care Act guidance. This considers dozens of sets of rules set by the Affordable Care Act and IRS guidance. Also responsible for the Eligibility Results screens, having lead redesigns and the construction of an Auto-Approval Configuration screen to eliminate unnecessary work on the part of the practitioner and provide an effortless user experience. -Created and own Data Visualization feature. This feature was created to provide intuitive visualizations to display key benefits and HR events and how they correspond to coding on the Form. This helped to drive self-service and give clients a deeper understanding of their data and compliance. -Owner of Penalty Management module. Worked closely to improve the experience for clients in this often concerning time, designing an experience focused on making sure both client users and internal practitioners know the next step to take and the timelines associated with that action. Successfully handled tens of millions of dollars in IRS Penalties since they were first issued-Implemented Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for the entire ADP Health Compliance platform. Used these metrics to drive and assist in roadmap planning and executive conversations, leading to some roadmap pivots to provide greater customer value and achieve our business goals. -Product Owner for Eligibility Module (Calculation Engine, Results Page, and Auto-Approval), Reports, Penalty Management, Money Movement, Minimum Essential Coverage Summary, Data Visualization, Internal Analytics, Performance, iProducts, Secure File Transfer, Sales Support, Industry Standardization, and IRS Extensions. -Product Manager and Product Owner for ADP Health Compliance-Led the creation of a Money Movement System for clients to pay IRS penalties. The system is compliant with all IRS and Banking standards, and it is the first ADP system to have clients completely self-implement their banking information.-Responsible for all Performance Improvements done on the application. Undergoing an effort to achieve more than 4X improvement across the board. Successful work has been done on reports, batch processes, and screen loads.Product Owner for: Money Movement, Reporting, Internal Analytics, Sales Support, Industry Standardization, MEC Compliance, Technical Debt, Tax Form Storage and Retrieval, and Performance Improvements.

-Sold HCM solutions to clients in the Small Business, Major Accounts, and National Accounts markets.-#2 in the US for Monthly Sales, February 2016-Carried and Exceeded Quota-Established a partnership with a market leader in HCM that brought in $500K in sales revenue in a single month.

-Led the turnaround of the chorus to become one of the top choral organizations in the state of New Jersey, growing from 9 members to over 50 and booking a performance schedule of 25-30 performances a year.-Presented at many conferences on topics including growing choruses and non-profit arts organizations, organizational psychology, and growing the organization through civic engagement and community offerings.-Created a program to teach singing to adults with no musical background that drove our group's growth. Presented this at conferences and coaching sessions to empower choruses all over the country to use this as a community benefit to drive membership. The program was strategically designed to capture the Blue Ocean of non-singers versus existing singers that choruses often compete over.

-Working with Homeowners that lost their homes in Superstorm Sandy to help them receive RREM Grant money.-Writing and Compiling RREM Grants.-Guiding Homeowners through the entire process, from filling out their first form, to sitting in on meetings with Project Managers and Contractors to ensure that everything is taken care of. -Navigating and understanding the laws and the policies from multiple agencies and government bodies. (State and Federal Laws, FEMA, HUD, and DEP Policies and Regulations).
