Daily duties were to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot the electronic, avionic, and mechanical aspects of the Shadow RQ-7B Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle system. This system consists of the aircraft, ground control stations, launcher, components, and sub components used for system operation. As a Non-Commissioned Officer and shift lead I managed flight and work schedules, maintain bench stock, lead air-vehicle launch and recoveries, and ensure safety and maintenance training is conducted for over 20 soldiers.
