Small Victories is a story driven production company officially founded in 2016 but has been producing work since 2012. Small Victories focuses on the human experience, the difficulties of life and the ultimate beauty and triumph of love in all things. It has received several awards for its short narrative work "Acceptance" and suicde awareness short documentary "For Wanda."

Ran operations for pre-production startup creating an on-cloud deployment platform for SaaS vendors.Built nuon.co site using Webflow, setup analytics using Fathom and created initial lead funnels using Typeform and Calendly.Configured systems and managed projects for CTO and CEO. Examples: facilitated daily stand-up of team to keep us in sync, managed project updates in Linear, built and provided copy for pre-production doc site, configured Front for inbound and outbound engagement, built out blog on Ghost platform, setup and launched Nuon’s LaunchNotes instance to communicate product updates publicly as we moved towards launch.Created graphics and marketing content used by stakeholders within company with Figma and helped coordinate work and provide feedback to third party building our final site, iconography and infographics

Created video content, provided tech support, and education, listened to feedback from customers throughout all communication channels, and acted as their advocate to internal business stakeholders.Led the creation of the Photobooth Academy, a collection of over 100 educational videos that teach people how to build a photo booth business from the ground up.Provided weekly education and mentoring to PBSCO (Photobooth Supply Co) customers through phone and video meetings on improving their photography, business processes, customer relationships, and how to approach being a freelancer.Articulated customer feedback to product and engineering teams and collaborated with them to create change that led to the improvement of PBSCO’s web and iPad app and their next-generation photo booth, as well as creating a customer experience dashboard that empowered agents to support customers better.Directed 3 Virtual Booth Summit’s, two on YouTube Live with OBS and one on Livestream

Managed a team of Support and QA Engineers for a SaaS e-commerce platform that automated inventory management between Shopify and Quickbooks.Onboarded new customers and helped them to configure their instance of Lettuce which could be an overwhelming task for a non-technical person.Shepherded the creation of an enhanced customer support system to improve customer satisfaction in an under performing system, satisfaction score raised from 66% to 96% in a 12 month period.Built relationships with sole proprietor and enterprise customers and took insights to product and engineering team to help foster change within the platform.Designed and developed the Lettuce Customer Help Center, the video and documentation site that taught customers how to use the platform.Orchestrated customer support initiative during the Lettuce acquisition and integration by Intuit.

ROFL Cafe is a restaurant in the Melrose district of Hollywood and serves Intelligentsia coffe and California cuisine designed by chef Govind Armstrong. I helped coordinate the opening of this establishment and stayed on as head server for a year.

-Reviewed scripts, developed mood books, cast duos and various other visual media used to pitch projects to studios, agents and financiers. -I was in charge of social media for one of the producer's previous films and helped to market the film preceding release.-Also preformed general assistant work(answering phone calls, emails, scheduling).
