As a Senior Research Associate I continued to increase valuation & term coverage, managing the Delaware team, and handling client and media requests. However, my main focus shifted to improving upon and creating new methodology pages while simultaneously onboarding new team members. To help in the hiring process, I created a test and corresponding study materials. After administering the test and helping select the new hire, I was tasked with completely revamping the onboarding process. While training the new hire and two additional team members, I updated existing methodology pages and created missing pages to ensure the retention of position specific knowledge.

While serving in the Research Associate capacity, I was tasked with increasing the private company valuation and terms coverage. I consistently surpassed quarterly goals and increased the overall coverage by 13 percent, adding 5,250 new valuations to the PitchBook platform. As a part of valuation coverage, I provided deal transparency by transposing key transaction terms from company legal documents. Additionally, I revised 1,650 existing valuations, improving overall valuation accuracy by 4 percent. This included managing all unicorn companies, the highest viewed profiles on the platform. Along with improving the accuracy and coverage of the platform, I managed the daily workflow, reporting, and monthly trainings for our Delaware research team. I was also responsible for handling daily client and media requests, ensuring a same-day turnaround on highly valued data.

As a member of the Homeowner Support team I served as a liaison between homeowners and contractors to help facilitate the completion of home improvement projects. In my time at Porch I was able to participate in a customer outreach program, live chat response project, and consistently surpass my performance metrics ranking 1st among peers.

As a member of the Seattle Sounders sales staff I was responsible for identifying prospective season seat and group seat buyers through email and telephone communication. During my time with the Sounders I managed over 1,000 accounts in CRM and generated over $95,000 in season seat and group seat sales, leading the inside sales department. While with the team, the sales department helped set the MLS attendance record for the 2015 season.

South Bend, Indiana Area

As an intern for the single A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs I planned and implemented the Inaugural Classic Car Day helping create an annual event for the organization. While with the Cubs I managed over 85 groups and generated over $48,000 in group sales packages, leading all interns. I was able to be apart of the front office that received the John H. Johnson’s President Award for best MiLB franchise.

As an intern for the rookie affiliate of the Kansas City Royals I participated in all front office responsibilities including: management of ballpark sponsorships, group ticket and suite sales, live on-field promotions, video board advertisements and online streaming for MiLB.TV. In my time with the Chukars I led all interns with over $5,300 in corporate and ticket sales in a month-long selling period.

As the Director of Competitive Sports at BYU-Idaho I had the opportunity to oversee 1,000+ student athletes in over 10 sports while managing all front office operations including: marketing, compliance, broadcasting, and game day staff. In my time in the position I helped launch a year-long training schedule which incorporated the school’s wellness program, coordinated community service projects and guest speaking events, including a former MLS referee, and organized a management retreat for all directors and sports coordinators.
