I have over eight years of experience at Admiral, specializing in data analysis, claims handling, and stakeholder engagement.I began my career assisting Admiral's customers with repairs and negotiating total loss settlements. Later, I transitioned to Bodily Injury, handling diverse cases and negotiating personal injury settlements with customers, solicitors, and courts.Currently, I support employees and managers by leveraging data in Bodily Injury. My responsibilities include sending daily new claim allocation emails, generating detailed MI reports, and managing the allocation for the liability decision team. I am skilled in using Excel for data collation, cleaning, pivoting, and distribution.In September 2023, I started a part-time apprenticeship degree in Data Science, pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Computing (Data and Information Systems) at Swansea University. This program is enhancing my ability to drive informed decision-making and optimize processes through data.
