In September 2021, I was invited to join a Data Analyst/Administration team to assist in claims allocation. Recognizing opportunities to leverage my skills, I developed and implemented several spreadsheet solutions and contributed to project initiatives.My initiatives significantly enhanced team efficiency, leading to a formal request for me to continue my role. Since then, I have continually utilized the spreadsheets I developed to provide essential data across various claim specialties on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Additionally, I took on responsibility for the allocation process for Admiral's liability decision team. I created spreadsheets and procedure guides and provided weekly and monthly MI reports to stakeholders, further demonstrating my analytical approach and contribution to decision-making processes.Using Excel, I meticulously collate and store claim allocation data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivering reports via daily, weekly, and monthly emails to stakeholders. My role heavily influences the 'New Claims Team,' where I serve as the primary resource for data-related inquiries. I manage numerous daily email requests and oversee miscellaneous queue allocations, alongside other ad hoc tasks.

This involved coordinating repairs through approved repairers and conducting thorough market assessments to negotiate accurate valuations for total loss settlements. I utilized data analysis to ensure fair and precise claim resolutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
