I work as a liaison between the business and technical teams at PG&E. The bulk of my work is project-oriented, where my responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Developing and presenting high-level project cost estimates based on limited requirements- Leading workshops to gather and create business requirements with various business teams- Developing business and functional requirements- Writing functional and detailed system design documentation- Performing solution analysis to determine which teams and applications will be involved in the project lifecycle- Developing and reviewing documentation from other workstreams (business units, development, testing, project management, solution architecture, etc.)- Presenting and explaining project architecture to all teams involved- Acting as the point person for all business, functional and technical questions arising about the project- Troubleshooting and performing triage for testing and business teamsMy secondary responsibilities outside of my project work involves being part of the go-to team for production issues. My responsibilities include:- Answering urgent questions from the business about how functionality is working or should work- Assessing production issues, logging and prioritizing defects, and explaining the defects to management- Write design changes for defects when necessary- Writing and running adhoc reports for business and technical teams- Troubleshooting technical issues for the development teams

- Lead requirements gathering and design workshops with the client- Write functional designs for Oracle CC&B and Oracle BI Publisher reports- Lead configuration efforts in the reports workspace- Review and correct reports functional designs- Assist designers and developers with design and configuration inquiries- Estimate and coordinate delivery of designs- Write unit test scenarios- Assist with defect analysis and resolution

Working as a functional analyst at Oncor Electric Delivery for the implementation of CC&B 2.4 and IBM BPM.Responsibilities include:- business process analysis- writing functional designs for market transaction extensions- writing functional designs for CC&B field activity extensions- running requirements-gathering and design workshops- CC&B configuration- troubleshooting defects and testing support - testing/debugging CC&B extensions and interfaces- working directly with the offshore development teams to interpret functional requirements, develop technical designs and resolve defects

I have worked on the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Meter Data Management (MDM) implementation at Baltimore Gas & Electric. This involved extensive analysis of requirements in order to write test scripts for the billing and Electric Supplier work streams. Other responsibilities involved troubleshooting and resolving billing errors, writing and running queries using SQL, executing test scripts, correcting meter reading histories in MDM, resolving MDM work queues, and writing job aids for post-go live support. I am currently in a post-go live support role analyzing defects and supporting both billing and supplier work streams.
