Create, track, and review all monthly billing update and maintain monthly ancillary revenue excel spreadsheet to assist in monthly forecasting. Create Project management forms, to correct and update all oracle billing templates (new address, purchase order numbers, and new contact information). Process all credit re-bills/concessions for incorrect invoices. Create purchase request, and new supplier forms for all new purchases. Review and audit billing templates to ensure all addendum's are added correctly to the monthly billing. Email all invoices for different clients that rather have PDF file instead of paper invoice, create new Oracle billing templates; and review new business contracts. Create and send out weekly invoice aging report to all the upper management personnel. Assist in month end close; run P&L reports, trial balance reports through Oracle and ADI software system do corrections as needed for any revenue errors that have occurred before close is completed. Assist the Financial Analyst with any special projects when needed.

Receive and enter all invoice requests from the contracting coordinators, update all client accounts from project change forms. Enter all write-off requests that are received from the financial approvers, also review approve all invoices in the system to be create into a PDF billing invoices to mail out to the clients.Interact with some of the sales representatives for client issues; aided them in resolving their customer complaints in a timely manner
