Regenerative organic and biodynamic winegrowing in Southern Oregon's Applegate Valley. Committed to natural, non-interventionary winemaking practices: utilizing all native yeasts / spontaneous fermentations, foot treading grapes as needed, no sugar or acid corrections of any kind, no new oak, utilizing alternative vessels such as concrete and amphorae, and just a small amount of sulfur added prior to bottling. Continuing to explore how healthy soils lead to a healthy soil microbiome, which in turn leads to healthy spontaneous fermentations with a diverse and abundant microbiome of its own, and how this can lead to more honesty and transparency in the final wine.
