Intense 16-week training program consisting of ServiceNow instructor-led training, self-paced on-demand courses, practical exercises, and hands-on real-world projects. The ServiceNow NextGen Skillbridge Program enhances servicemembers' transition from the military to the civilian workforce with valuable technical skills on the ServiceNow Platform. Upon completion of training, participants earn vouchers for three ServiceNow Certifications: including Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist-IT Service Management(CIS-ITSM), and Certified Application Developer(CAD). The curriculum covers Systems Administration, ITSM Implementation, JavaScript and Scripting in ServiceNow, Flow Designer, Service Portal Fundamentals, Application Development Fundamentals, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, Mobile Development, IntegrationHub, Major Incident Management, Virtual Agent, Natural Language Understanding, Predictive Intelligence, and Automated Test Framework.
