I am responsible for maintaining a healthy stable production environment. I am heavily involved in the complex troubleshooting issues relating to performance and availability of the SQL 2000, 2005, 2008 & 2012 environments. I maintain the availability and performance of the BizTalk environment including troubleshooting complex transactional systems and deploying production BizTalk applications.Significant Improvements• Increased performance of existing data warehouse by splitting off unique IO patterns. Decreasing data load time and decreasing cube build times.• Developed an automated process to deploy custom software to 76 different citrix and database servers.• Developed and enhanced monitoring capabilities of SQL servers using solar winds and custom solutions.• Optimized the existing BizTalk 2009 infrastructure to increase the message through put from 112 messages per second to 453 messages per second by analyzing and tuning the databases and BizTalk servers.

I am responsible for maintaining and developing the organizations database infrastructure. My role includes verifying databases are performing as expected and trouble shooting problems when they occur. I am also responsible for researching potential new processes that may affect our database systems and network as a whole.

I develop database driven monitoring, detecting and alerting tools to fix network and application problems. I worked with team members to solve complex problems with simple solutions. Each problem involved me developing a script based solution powered by databases.
