Turnaround & Restructuring Services – Acting in the legal area as a lawyer in judicial recovery and bankruptcy proceedings of large companies such as Abril Comunicações, Packseven, Rede Energia, BR Pharma and Avibras, as a judicial administrator, acting in the administrative and judicial stages; procedural follow-up in all instances; analysis of credit assignment agreements, bank debts, guarantees and financial operations; analysis of labor and tax credits; assessment of portfolios made up of nonperforming loans and illiquid financial assets; analysis of credit qualifications and divergences for the preparation of the judicial administrator's accounting opinion together with the financial and reporting team; jurisprudential and doctrinal research for the elaboration of legal strategies; elaboration of controls in Excel; financial analysis of credits and contracts; handle confidential documents; Kanban methodology; support to the Court, creditors and the company under reorganization; preparation, organization and holding of the General Meeting of Creditors; participation in the Analytics area, seeking strategies to improve systems to automate daily demands and increase the productivity of the area; development of automation for reading subpoenas with Excel and VBA, which reduced the time to perform the activity from one hour to fifteen minutes.
