Main Roles:Talent Administration - Full Payment Process: send instructions & give the support to the employee during the process; control and report; implement a project to develop operational excellence; - Tuition Reimbursement Process: Update TR monthly report; - PBI development to metric both processes (Full Payment & Tuition Reimbursement).Mobility: - Dispatch Letters issuance; - Assistance in sending expatriated employees monthly communication.Learning Administration: - Training update in GM's system (LMS); - Training Results Report (satisfaction survey); - Review course creation and training registration links - LMS; - Training Reports in Degreed System.Payments: - Invoice Payments: Expatriated employees and Full Payment (using CMS and SAP systems).General Support: - Translations (Portuguese, English and Spanish); - Flyers, presentations, internal communications, etc.
